On Sunday, Sept 25th 2016, artists and activists banded together across the country to call attention to gun violence on this congressionally designated day to remember its victims. Brought together by social media, there were 350 concerts and over 5,000 performers nationwide.
Pinkwater & Putman worked with Concert Across America's c0-founder Donna Dees to help with strategic alliances, press, creative direction, create templates for posters, memes for celebrities and artists to use on social media, as well as brand the after party. We also co-produced a concert in Montclair, New Jersey with 5 bands and guest speakers, attended by over 400 people.
